I made a pass today at tracking down all the owners of "abandoned" boxes in
Eastern PA, sent out a number of emails, and have already heard back from a
couple of people. Hopefully, we'll find all the original owners and get
them all back online soon.

I also sent the webmasters a couple of notes about duplications on that page.
